Well. Just out of curiosity. What is the last thing you do before u sleep? Some people talk to their loved ones, some people smoke a nice long ciggerate . Some pray . Some listen to music . Different people of different ages will think differently . I ask you this question because the world has changed and it has changed for good. Different priorities bring different ideas.J ust something to think about. Hello all my old friends and a greedy to the new ones.

Everynight is different for me and my hubby. Sometimes we both pray and then sleep. Sometimes we pray then make love and then go to sleep. Sometimes my hubby goes to bed before me and then I just pray and go to sleep when I get to bed. Sometimes we pray and then talk for awhile about the days events. Then there are times my hubby will pray and go to sleep while I will read, then pray and then go to sleep. However, most times right before I close my eyes to sleep I pray to God. I pray for all who are suffering in the world, I pray for my family and friends and give him thanks for the great life he has given us.

Well I think I just simply lay down and think about what blessing The Lord had given me today and for that I hope that he could give me another day to rejoice tomorrow. I'm not that type who loves praying for so long. So some times just think about it in my head and give thanks for what I have today.

Since I am in a long distance relationship, I mostly talk to my bf before I go to sleep. Even if we have an 8 hour time difference, we still try to make it a point to talk to each other before sleeping.

Most nights,I read a good book, till my eyes close,or occasionally I listen to a meditation on my I phone with ear phones, and usually I wake up latter when I get tangled in the wire from the earphones, and take them out before falling asleep again.

THe last time I do before going to sleep is pray and think of what I had done for the day. I am planning ahead too. Sometimes, I think a lot that makes me not sleep.. I like to listen to music but my husband don't like noise in order to sleep.. So that is what I do before sleep -- pray and think a lot. :)

I just stand under the sky and speak some lines to myself. In short, I give myself some time right before going to bed.

Before I go to sleep I like to read a book I am very interested in. That relaxes me and then I can just fall asleep and get a good night's rest!

Well, the last thing I do before I lie in my bed is to check my e-mails then I pray. Then, I give my little sister who sleeps next to me a good night kiss! :)

I do several things almost at the same time. I pick up the house if it needs it. Then I go to bed. I do t wear a night gown or any night clothes, whatever I have on is what I wear to bed. And then just before I close my eyes I remember I haven't washed my face or brushed my teeth or put any night moisturizer on! I have to make myself get out of bed and do that because I I don't (I've done it many times before) the next morning I will have two or three pimples on my face!

Pray and watch TV. I can't sleep without TV, so I set my TV timer to auto shut off after an hour.

Last night I was supposed to be asleep already but i couldn't sleep so instead of me just forcing myself I just logged in to my lot on my cell and I answered a couple of discussions. But usually I would be playing a game on cell phones and when i feel i could no longer open my eyes then I would go to sleep. Of course praying at night is always part b of the routine.

Wow, long time no see!! The last thing I do before I sleep is pray and I often fall asleep mid-prayer. Before that I kiss my dogs and tell them goodnight while we're all comfortable and cozy in the bed. They are like little heaters and also two of the blessings in my life that I thank God for each night.

I had to really think about this. Odd because it's a daily thing. When go up to bed always check on the kids. Then it's PJ time and getting ready for bed myself. Some nights talk to my boyfriend on the phone or if really tired just say my prayers of thanks and then go to sleep.

I close my eyes before I sleep :P Kidding! Before I sleep I usually watch the news or read few chapters off a good book. That way I get to rest my mind at somehow, it stimulates me to go to sleep without me knowing about it :D

I talk to my husband before bed time (he's working in another country). Then prepare myself for bed (shower, toothbrush, change to jammies), then I will write on my devotional journal and say a prayer or 2. Even though I am already tired, I can't seem to sleep well if I missed anyone of these.
