Well, I try to curb my intake of unhealthy stuff and try to get exercise regularly. Only that this is not happening that frequently as I would have liked to.

Health is influenced by our thoughts so I start my morning with good thoughts about how my day will develop. I think: what if .... and smile. I find time to spend time outside and appreciate nature. Meditation is a wonderful thing to keep your good health. - And of course to prepare your meals fresh with lots of fruit and vegetables.-
Too good health for everyone

i think there are four points to keep healthy: good mood, enough sleep, proper exercise and nutrition, especially good protein, vitamins and minerals, etc.

fruit, vegetables, no bread, potatoes etc. No candies, no smoking, no drinking, no coffee, no milk. In the past 3 days I went by bike and made over 100 km but I did not lose 1 gramm. Even gained weight. Very frustrating.

Since my mom just had a shockwave performed on her to remove her kidney stones and my dad suffered from mild stroke, we now have a healthier diet at home. Here's what we do:
-No salt or just a little amount if needed
-Fry less and grill more or stew or boil
-Eat more fruits and vegetables and consume less meat
-Exercise is now part of our lifestyle as we join my parents when they jog at least twice a day.
