Are you tall or are the counter tops short? If we have to chop up a lot of stuff, we sit down at the table and do it...

Picante Chicken is good. You get whatever pieces of chicken you like and bake them with Picante sauce over them. You can use mild, or medium, or hot depending on preference. It flavors the chicken is oooohhh so good. Simple to make too.

The roomie is our cook and she's working on a cookbook. Not just any old kind of cookbook, but adaptions of stuff that she makes for me. We use a lot of turkey because I can only eat beef once a week, same with pork. So, yeah, a lot of chicken and turkey. Maybe you can drive up here and we'll feed ya...

I do not like to cook....at all. I try to keep it as simple as possible. I will make a salad or a very simple soup. Most times I will heat up a can of soup or put a frozen dinner in the oven.

Cooking is a drudgery and one vote coming from here. Here in India we get help to do our chores.

I don't like to cook for myself and I generally buy ready-made meals. But when I receive friends I like to cook for them, although I am not a very good cook and I make only simple recipes. There is a lot of things that you can do with chicken or tuna. I give you my own Rose noodles recipe ready in 5 mn (take your chronometer) : 1 little canned box of tuna flakes, 1 little box of red lumpfish roe, 1 pack of Chinese noodles, 2 leaves of basil. Boil salted water, put the Chinese noodles 2 or 3 mn in the hot water (depends of the time they need to cook), then put them in a salad bowl, and mix them with the tuna, lumpfish roe and the leaves of basil cut in pieces. You will have some nice rose noodles.

@GardenGerty I have a plant pot with basil and another with thyme at home for cooking. I like basil and I have also tried lemon basil and garlic basil. Mine is an ordinary green basil.

I'd be glad to come and cook dinner for you. I'm not a trained chef but I'm pretty competent (though I say it myself). Unfortunately, I might not come very cheap - you'd have to cover the air fare - but I guess that, in a week, I could fill your freezer with delicious dinners, prepared to your specifications, for a month or so.

I hate cooking but I love to eat and am very disappointed if I pay for restaurant food that isn't as good as mine. The upside is I like to buy kitchen gadgets.

I really have to be in the mood to cook. I do n ot eat meat so lots of peas and beans and then I just get lazy and make a sandwich. I do cook meat for my children when they come and love cooking for family dinners or just entertaining. But I do get fed up with how mundane it can become.

Our limited budget and different dietary needs (or 5 people) means we have to get really creative sometimes. I am also not a cook by nature. I will look up the best way to cook or use whatever the main thing is ... like the time I was given Brie cheese for the first time. I then adapt a recipe around what I have on hand. The brie was sliced and toasted on some fancy bread. I used left over sauce as a dip and had sliced avocado on the side.

I don't like cooking either. My husband does most of the cooking and I'd much rather cleaning up after him.

I find throwing something between two pieces of bread will always cure that "cooking for yourself" problem.

Just call a restaurant and order a takeout,if you are too lazy to cook.Or get some really easy recipes and cook a lot,if you do not feel like cooking tomorrow as well.

I like a chicken recipe. No particular name for that. I fry the chicken in oil with sliced onion, ginger-garlic paste. Then when the chicken is 75% cooked, I add onion paste in a large amount. Then let it cook and your dish is ready. Super tasty. Also add little tomato ketchup before serving.
