We have been in the red zone in air quality the last week or so. The first couple days I could smell the smoke and had horrible headaches. I never have headaches. I am prone to bronchitis so have been staying inside. I'm glad they aren't real bad. Just a irritating throb. LOL I feel so badly for all the people who had either lost their homes completely or have had to evacuate. Have you folks had any repercussions from the fires?

I came to work this morning with a happy thought and HEADACHE free head... then after an hour, my head was so heavy and really triggering in my brain like someone's drilling in it... No joke, that's after I heard the Head of Academics, scolded the students, got angry (really) at the kids. I literally felt her "hot temper, vibrations, aura" bouncing at me. i was so

Ugh! I was going to say that maybe the vents and all needed to be cleaned. That used to happen where I worked and it was like that for me. Fine until I got there and spent awhile. Then my head was all full and had a headache.

@Mavic123456 -- No, I am not glad about the headaches at all. I knew what caused them because I rarely get them except in extreme weather or smoke.

The weather and its effects on the environment has been so harsh. Our basement flooded again (last summer was much worse) but no fires around us. I feel so bad for everyone that has been harmed from this. Smoke, weather changes, and that horrid monthly visitor causes me to gt those major headaches that just don't want to go away.... sometimes strong smells too.

Sounds like yours are almost like migraines with strong smells promoting them. I wonder if migraines med(over the counter type) might help you.

@celticeagle Sometimes it does. The prescription type only helps if I get to it before it really even starts. It's dumb because that is like horridly expensive, you get 9 a month and it isn't worth it.

@celticeagle we are having a cooler than normal August. I do not know if it is related to the fires at all. A large number of my friends are having increased allergy symptoms and so am I.

Our weather here has been very pleasant and unusually so the last few weeks. Not the usual August weather at all. I have just had these headaches that are unusual for me. The allergies are around most of the time. Hope you are able to find something that helps. I use my rose quartz and that helps a lot.
