So tonight I ordered Chinese food. It was pretty good. I was setting here after eating and realized I had not looked at my fortune cookie yet. So, I broke it open. Nothing. No Fortune. So, what does that mean?

You had to ask for another, someone forgot to put the paper inside the cookie.

@celticeagle Probably someone just forgot to put the paper inside the cookie. Doesn't mean anything at all just a person not doing their job.

I think it just means that they forgot to put the fortune inside of the fortune cookie!

@sacmom --Prone to be dumb like a gibbon.. Sometimes I just think something is obvious so I don't go into much on it.

Oh that's too bad! Maybe give them a call and tell them there's no fortune in your fortune cookie. Perhaps they can bring two next time.

@celticeagle perhaps it is saying don't rely on fortune cookies.

@owstalaga That's true. I have to choose what I can depend on.

Could it be like the ol' saying "no news is good news" - so no fortune is a good fortune?

I am thinking that could be the case. Which stuff going on it could very well be just that.

@celticeagle Maybe it could also mean that your fortune does not rely on a little piece of paper stuffed inside a cookie. It's what YOU make of it!

Maybe they have forgotten to put the fortune, or maybe your future doesnt exist. OMG :O *kidding :))

Maybe they just forgot to put in the paper like others said. Do you enjoy your Chinese food?

Isn't this all done by machine now? It was a glitch in the process I suppose--you could think of it like this--your future is your's to write as you wish!

It means nothing really, just that someone forgot to pack the #fortune #cookies in the bag.
