My September Plan: Meditate 3 times daily

I have joined a mothering group, which the assignment now is to meditate 3 times every day, each time 10 minutes. I have been practicing meditation on and off, not consistently, but I already found the benefits of meditation. It really helps me to stay calm and my mind be clearer.
As it's always said to take 21 days to build a new habit, I need to make the commitment to meditate 3 times daily. It'll be good for myself and my children too, as a happy mother will always lead to happy children and happy family.
Do you meditate everyday? Do you have any plans for September?

Yes, I have already felt the benefits of meditation, it really makes me feel good and calm. Moreover, this helps me to build my will power too. After 21 days, hopefully it'll just become natural for me to meditate daily.

@kiran8 That's really good. I used to go for morning jog every morning, for just 20 minutes. But I didn't keep it for long.
I agree that having a jogging or walking in the morning makes us feel energetic and refreshed too. Hope you'll keep at it!

@kaka135 Yes I have started walking for one hour 6 days a week instead of the earlier 30 mins 4 days a week and I hope to continue it and keep at it because I see the benefits already .besides feeling light I also feel more energetic !

Good luck to your meditation habit. I hope you develop it well. As for me I am trying but I haven't decided on how to do it yet. I know I should but...
