Do you have weird neighbors?

I have lived in this apartment complex for at least twelve years. In that time refugees from around the world have moved in here. Some are nice and others are irritating as all get out. We had this one family who lived next door for several month. About every two or three days we hear this chopping going on. My daughter said she happened to look in as she walked by to get mail one day and saw one of the adults chopping up something on the table. Ugh! So, a few months later they have moved and the maintenance people are in their getting it ready to be rented out again. They told us that whoever lived there previously was chopping stuff on the floor in the kitchen. They had to take the linoleum up and redo it completely in the kitchen. Now the people that live in that apartment puts this strange looking stuff out in the sun in their yard. It stinks and they leave it for hours. Ooh! So do you have weird neighbors?

The new ones are.... They like to walk around with their um.... um... Family Jewels.... hanging out. They are a group of guys though only one is supposed to live there. They are relatively quiet until they aren't . I'm not sure how long they will stay... the city shut off their water yesterday.

Your neighbors seem weird indeed. I think that every building has at least one appartment where something strange is going on.
I live in my current appartment for two years now and I have met only a couple of my neighbors.
In general, I rarely see anyone coming in or going out from this building. Most of them must be retired and stay at home. The weird part, is that when I met a couple of neighbors in the elevator and said hello they didn't respond to me.
The people who live next door have a little dog (that I've never seen either), and I think they're leaving it alone in the house because I can hear it scratching the wall on the other side of my bedroom sometimes.
In my previous appartment I had friendly relationships with everyone and I am still calling them sometimes to see how they're doing. In this building people are not very polite.

That is weifrd. Just goes to show that it takes all kinds of folks to make a world.

@besweet That is so true. Money talks but it would be rather expensive to buy them all up so you had no neighbors.

now that is weird and I'd keep a very safe distance from those neighbors..who knows what they were chopping up??

Cripes! What in the world were they chopping up?
So weird..that is very weird.
Yes I have strange neighbors, but not to that extent.
They are mostly just noisy as all get out ..
I dont know how it is possible to be so noisy and the noises are not normal all sorts of weird clunking and stuff.
Sorry you have that problem there Celtic.

Sounds like you have some odd balls too. I don't know for sure what they were chopping. They eat some smelly food. I guess they let it ferment or something.
