I am disaffected

I am so dissatisfied AGAIN with politics right now. I haven't voted in several years. Why? I really see no one worth voting for. I am not going to put in a vote for someone I don't like just to vote. They need to have what it takes to get me up, out and to vote for them. I have become so discontented over the last few years that I just refuse to vote for an idiot. Trump has lost control of what he has let be unleashed. At this point in time he is the top runner in the republican camp. I hope people are tiring of him, I know I am. Democrats haven't even started yet but I am excited to see who will come out of the wood work(PLEASE!!) to take over. There is never going to be a perfect one but look how Abe got started. I was brought up in a Republican household. As I grew up I began to move more to the Democratic slide. I think we need a new party and it ain't Liberal. I am a traditionalist but I have an open mind. So let's get someone in here that has half a clue. A half of a clue would be enough to start with. A woman maybe? They have common sense and have to have half a clue in order to be able to interact with men. The ones on the horizon maybe not so much but ......!! Is there anyone you'd like to see run?

@dawnald Oh, of course. I was just thinking the other night that I thought it kind of funny that a guy in the running would have a name like 'Bernie'.

I can't vote. It is of interest and I've noticed something about elections. They are part of the democratic system. I notice that in times of elections, this is when things get discussed openly and they in turn actively pursue some course of action. After watching for 2 hours the last debate in front of air force 1, Mr. Trump was immediately thrust into the limelight. But as the questions and dialogue continued I began to get nervous, frightened actually with some of the more serious topics. The world is a scary place.

Of course I do not vote, as I do not live in the United States, but I am concerned about who will be the next president. Honestly I would be very upset to see Mr. Trump in the White House.
