40 Yeah, my plan of starting 20 discussions in a month on here is right on track. This is my 20th discussion of the month posted on the last day of September!

Last day of September... already?! Tomorrow is the tenth month of the year! I can just smell 2016 - it'll be here soon!

Ok now, stop wasting time as time waits for no one. That is actually a reminder to mostly myself - I know I tend to be a time waster, and I need to do something about that soon while I still have time.

I don't start nearly enough discussions but I haven't made a plan or anything. I was really in the first stages of seeing how myLot would go this time around. I think it's doing well. I hope the revenue is doing well, too.

I don't tend to make many a day, as I am quite busy so I like to spend more time reading and interacting when I do have time to spend on here.

But of course, you are always so organized - I believe it! Now we're into October. All I know is the train ticket I'm earning here actually puts me on a track that leads to somewhere - that's a relief in itself!

Actually we might be! Apparently kids ride free with an adult on Amtrak on some lines out here - so we might take advantage of that!

. They have always paid members their dues in a consistent manner; no hassle, and always early - this time it's 13 days early, can't get any better and easier than that, I'd say...

I have not set any goal in Mylot. I think starting 20 discussion threads in a month is too easy. The difficulty is to comment on every response in the thread, and to respond to the thread of those who have commented.

What a good idea! I wilol start posting here like you, at least a post a day. PLUS, I will read and respond a each a every of the friends that responded my posts. Interaction is the way to go

One thing though, on this new myLot it seems that we earn from other interactions to our posts. And 'posts' here are discussions, responses, and comments.

That's basically what I'm aiming - one a day... I'm just giving myself some leeway so I set it to 20 a month as I know there will be days I miss out and I don't want to have to do more in order to catch up.

Grats on meeting your goal! Mine has more to do with keeping up with discussions, things those i am following has written, and reading at least one new discussion by someone I dont follow per day

I find it difficult to set those kinds of goals. As I tend to write about stuff that's happening in the news my posting rate can fluctuate wildly depending upon what news items take my fancy.

@wordazza at international sites i get to read people who write about local and international news but add their analysis to it. i may not be able to contribute anything, but it still feel i learned something. an example was robin lamb/scootermac (nz). both his posts and the discussions underneath were worth reading.
