...before giving someone a piece of your mind, make sure you have enough to spare. A truism, if ever there was one. It almost sounds like the one that goes ...wise speak when they have something to say; fools speak when they have to say something. One of my favourites is the one that goes ...friend is someone who thinks you're a good egg even though you're slightly cracked.

It is to our great joy that the one and only @pgnTwo provides us with these "confuciusisms." because that old boy could no longer do so himself. Indeed, his favorite saying of all was likely "Let it never be said..." (however, he might have put it, "Ret it nebel...") Oh, and bye-the-bye, Confucius' belly was non-protrusive, unlike as is portrayed in so many illustrations. He worked out twice weekly on the palerrel bals. (Gleat abs)
