Fried Fish Sunday!!!

I just finished seasoning some colorado red fish with my favorite dry rub spices! I used powdered mustard, papricka,oregano,black pepper and salt. Im making my fish fried with zucchini on the side stir fried. Im such a fatty and I love cheffing it up on weekends for my family. Check out the picture of my dry rub!

I wish I loved eating fish as it is so healthy, but I can not stand the smell or the fishy taste!

Looks and sounds good ....I too had prawn curry ( no picture though ! ) with rice and fried pomphret for lunch. I normally make a paste of red chilly powder,salt,turmeric powder ,lime juice and semolina and apply it over the fish.I fry it after marinating it for half an hour !

I love fish. But lately for some reason I habit been in the mood for it. I have been avoiding Salmon and I don't know why. I love a good piece of Salmon. I am sure I will get back into the groove again.
