The list of people who are nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's "class of 2016" was announced today. Here's the list: The Cars Chaka Khan Chic Chicago Cheap Trick Deep Purple The J.B.'s Janet Jackson Los Lobos Steve Miller N.W.A. Nine Inch Nails The Smiths The Spinners Yes My personal opinion is that Steve Miller and Chicago should be inducted, and should have been inducted a long time ago. I'm also pulling for the Spinners (one of the great "Philly soul sound" acts), Los Lobos (probably the biggest Latino-American bands in rock), and the Smiths (I'm not a fan, but their induction would prove that people don't have to be famous in America to make the Hall of Fame). And, as usual, they snubbed the Moody Blues, which is criminal. What do you think?

I agree about Chicago, I thought they would already have been inducted. Los Lobos is another one I agree with, they had some great songs.

Glad to see Deep Purple and The Cars on the list. I recall some great tunes they did. I hope they get to Moody Blues someday.

I would have to agree with you Four Walls. Those two I am surprised are not in there already. I love most of them too.

Yes and Chicago have to get in on the first ballot.
