The girl who took my blood was filling in for the 'regular' vampire lady. This one did it so fast and so well I didn't feel it and I have no bruise at all. What I didn't know was that I had to have an EKG and a chest x-ray. But all the girl said was, 'Someone will be right with you.' When the blood taker girl left she sent in another lady who walked in the room and said, 'Take off your bra and shirt'...I was like 'Who are you?' She is the one that said chest x-ray and EKG. Neither test took much time, but by then I was really starving. Finally, we got to the local cafe and I had pancakes and I'm set for the day now!

It is always wonderful to get a skilled vampire. Hope all the test results show you are the picture of good health.

Thanks, that would be a miracle LOL! As long as I'm not in worse health than the last time I was tested! I was low on calcium, that was the only poor reading.

Isn't it great when you finally find someone who can draw blood without it being painful

When I Was younger I used to have to have my blood drawn all the time. It was to check medicine levels. At one point I had a guy come in to take my blood and he was none too gentle. I ended up being so scared of going back to the place that I had to go to another place entirely so that they could draw my blood. I was around six or so. I bruise easily because I'm so pale.

I can see where that would turn you off. I am not thin and I bruise easily. I dropped the Direct TV remote on my ankle a week ago and my entire foot turned purple, then black and it's just starting to go away - talk about a bruise!
