I was watching those advertisements.
I thought why don't we use these folks in those ads. They earn, and well, the money gets distributed the right way.
The extras go and drink it away. I would rather orphanages earn from registering children for advertisement, and part of their earnings be retained for others who are not selected.
Advertisers pay less than they to established models, costs of advertisements come down, proportionately cost of product comes down, and that benefits everybody. Established models would be spending on what? May be good clothes, and make up. They would be spending regularly. Expenses on those things will come down.
Even dubbing jobs can be given to these folks. If we identify such jobs for helpless folks, from established organizations, human trafficking will come down because there will be an established organization to take care of their requirements.
As things stand many young girls start packing their bags out here, and land in cities where they dance in dance bars. Unfair to these girls. If they knew they have no opportunity, they would stick to their studies and work hard to get jobs.

It's a very noble and simple idea that you put forward vandana. I really like the thought beyond the mere registration of the children. And seeing the current situation in Maharashtra where the dance bars are under scrutiny right now.

Support from organization will prevent exploitation. I thought. Why use only rich models who are going to waste it away on some gold or clothes or parties? And after the orphan leaves the organization, there is no more scope to earn from this source.

I like this idea. As long as the people who are doing this have someone looking out to make sure they are not exploited. Everyone deserves more chances in life.

I like the actress Nicole Kidman but I'm not taking out car insurance just because she promotes it - that would apply even if I was a driver.
