Constant Comment

I just realized that my chosen evening snack is perfect for accompanying a myLot session.
I am having toast and jam with a cup of Constant Comment tea.
I love Constant Comment, it has such a warm blend of spices and it just seems perfect for Autumn days and evenings. Plus, I have the decaf, so I won't be kept up.
I made a tuna casserole for middday meal, and so we ate light for supper. But I needed a little snack to see me through to bedtime.
And with any luck, the Constant Comment will help me to get all my comments in, too.
What do you eat or drink in the evening when you need just a little something to keep the tummy from growling at bedtime?

I try for something small, a bit of cheese or some chai. I discovered David's tea, and they have some amazing teas!

@Jessicalynnt I like Chai - but not sure if i would like the chocolate fused flavour in it - chili can work still

HA! I had to look it it up to see if it was a real tea - and it indeed it is! How VERY appropriate to have while myLotting! We eat dinner rather late every night, so we are off to bed before getting hungry again (I know that's not good). But if I do get that hankering, I might tip toe to the kitchen for some hidden dark chocolate almonds in the fridge! Shhhhh.

@Rollo1 Maybe not, but it's an allowed food on the diet and it's sweet, so it satisfies that particular craving for me. :)

Strange that it is known as constant comment which someone like me would certainly mistake it for some commenting you do here.
Enjoy your Constant Comment

Constant Comment is like a cup of tea and a cup of warmth and a cup of Autumn spices and everything nices all at once. We drink Tetley for ordinary tea. Actually, I drink more tea than The Man. Tea fits better at certain times of day than does coffee. I have it all sorted out in my tea/coffee schedule.

I used to drink Constant Comment all the time but got away from it. Right now I'm drinking coffee with milk--about 50/50. I just finished a client progress note and am back, checking outwhat's happening here. Next I'll update an exam I give Wednesday. I like to bounce between "what I have to do" and MyLot.

I think it all depends on me, anything really, just a snack

I never heard of it, but then again, I am not a tea drinker, sounds interesting.

Yogurt is a good little snack to have before going to lay down.

I've not heard of that blend.... i'm nota big fan of those infusion tea's, but I do like the very berry flavour of blackberries, and a spicy orange flavour.... PS I love the mug you have there....

I like a cup of ordinary English Breakfast tea with a chocolate biscuit.
