Guess who forgot to change the clocks?

Yes, me, the person who wrote about it yesterday forgot. Oh well, it happens! But it's not a big deal. Ruby wanted up and it wasn't until I put the coffee on then the TV to watch the news to find out the news wasn't on yet! Oh well....so it follows that my husband was unaware and he got up an hour early also. Right about now is when we 'should' have gotten up so let's say I'm really wide awake. Did any of you also forget to change the clocks?

my alarm is my cell which changed itself...I still woke up wide awake at the old time, and had trouble getting back to sleep

Did it right before I went to bed, because I didn't really want to mess with it in the morning. Still woke up at the same time...well it would have been the same time, but it's now an hour early. This extra hour of sleep thing only works in theory, you know. In practice....yeah it's really not so workable. Regardless, I laid in bed, trying to get my extra hour of sleep...but failed. Guess the clock in my body missed the memo it was supposed to spring out. Thus is the price you pay when you work yourself into a routine your body is used to. Have a feeling my sleep is going to be wonky for about the next few weeks, as per usual. The only thing this changing clocks nonsense accomplices is screwing with people's sleep patterns.

Matt our internal clocks really take over when we change the time like this. And dogs don't care - Ruby was raring to go at her normal time which just happened to be an hour too early.

WE go on daylight savings time in summer and in fall back to standard time. We change the clocks twice a year.

Nope I changed them all before we went to bed. We use our cellphones as our alarm clocks. They change automatically. That has saved us several times when we did forget.

I don't use a cell phone so we have lots of clocks to change. We weren't going anyplace so it didn't matter anyway!

We changed last Sunday, we have only atomic (auto adjusting) clocks around the house. It was a pain to change twice a year.
