Waterstones held a charity event they called "What's Your Story?" in 2008. The Harry Potter prequel is actually an untitled short story of about 800 words that J.K. Rowling wrote. It actually brought the charity 25,000 pounds. It is about an adventure with Sirius Black and James Potter. The storyline is the two riders of a speeding motorbike that is chased by two Muggle policemen. As the policemen confront the two three men on broomsticks fly down and crash into the policemen's car. Sirius and James get away because the two policemen are so scared they are just clutching at each other and looking on as the two fly off on the motorbike. The author ends the story with the statement: "From the prequel I am not working on – but that was fun!" A Tokyo investment banking consulting company Red-33 president, Hira Digpal bought the prequel was written on a A5 card. The money paid for this went to Dyslexia Action and English PEN. The prequel in the works now is called 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' takes place 70 years before the Harry Potter books took place. It actually follows the author, Newt Scamander, of the Hogwarts textbook of the same name. He is described as a magizoologist who is someone who studies magical creatures. The movie is set to hit theaters in November 2016. Here is what they are saying about it so far:
"Harry Potter" fans who are missing the wizarding world introduced in J.K. Rowling's books may be comforted by the newly released images from "prequel" film "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them...

I may be the biggest bore going but I have not read a HP book or seen any of the films! I am not that keen on fiction but prefer fact.

That is quite a shame. I don't know how any one could do with out a good fictional yarn from time to time.
