Following the incident in Egypt with the Russian plane that came down, I feel really sorry for the Egyptions as this latest incident which appears to have nothing to do with them looks to have killed their tourist industry. For some reason the British government as suspended flights into and out of sharm el sheikh, stranding thousands of British tourists. Personally I think this is a bit of a knee jerk reaction, but the governments intelligence is better that we will ever gave so I guess they think this us the best for those travelling. I really hope this does not cause long term damage to the Egyptions tourist industry as friend it that have been to Egypt say it is a lovely place and the people are so nice.

What I have to say is that this is not the first time that tourists are targeted in Egypt and the authorities very little have done to protect the tourists. I felt very unsafe when I visited.

The government there doesn't seem to be able to get it right @ladyduck which is not good at all since they rely so much on the tourist industry.

@LadyDuck it's strange isn't it, you would have thought investing in proper security would be top of their list so tourists keep coming back.

Now that ISIS is claiming credit and world leaders are giving credence to the report about a bomb on board looks like traveling anywhere is going to be more of a hassle.
