Last week , the newly hired personnel for tenants relations , who is a gay , entered and urinated at the female comfort room . It so happened that the HR officer entered together with two other staff and they were so surprised to see him there . So , she called him at her office after that and reminded him that he is still a man biologically, even if he is a gay , so he should be urinating at the male comfort room, just as a lesbian should also be urinating in the ladies comfort room . He admitted his fault and apologized . All the ladies in the office agreed that it’s what it should be . No offense please to the third sex . Perhaps you can share your opinion on this guys .

In my view the guy had no business to enter into a comfort room meant for female staff of the office. He should be issued a written warning for his misdemeanor.

@SIMPLYD - He may be given written warning, if he does something like it in future. (Had I been the boss, I would have given him a written warning).

@dpk262006 You are so strict . But the HR officer didn't anymore because anyway he is a kind guy . He profusely apologized for it and never ever enter the ladies room anymore .

No matter if he thinks he\s a women but she still stand to pee he needs to go to the men's room to do this. He doesn't need to go to the ladies room to use the toilet.

If he is biologically a man of course he must use the men facilities, he has no justifications for doing differently.

Yes indeed . Since we fully know that he is still a man , the HR officer insisted that it should be that way .

See, you too think that way . As females , we should be given our privacy . Besides , the men have their own comfort room too , so it should be where he should pee.

my big brother pictured one restroom when he had a vacation with his friends up here north. the restrooms had a SHE, a HE, and a HALF-HALF. I think a gay should still go to the men's room, while a lesbian to a women's room.

. Really therr is a comfort room for them too. Oh that's good . but imagine a lesbian shar ing a comfort room with a gay. She is still biologically a woman , the lesbian .

Fortunately HR takes prompt action. I think that is a very good decision, and reminder to respect the other females in the company.

if he has all the male bits he should definitely use the males' restroom. Whatever made him think he could use the females'?

He assumed that since he is a gay , he can already use the female CR .
