Baby it's cold outside

This winter is going to be a rough one. The temperatures make me wonder if we aught not get actual coats this year. Don't really have the money, have nice heavy jackets that we got last year that usually do. I just don't know. I do know I need new gloves, or glove at all. I don't know about you but I cannot keep these from one year to the next. I know I had some last year, but haven't a clue where they went!
How does your new season look to be shaping up?

@Jessicalynnt I love fuzzy socks though.. I am always walking around in socks in cold weather.

@sofssu I somehow lost some since last year, lol, I down to 1 or 2 pairs, so going to have to order me a few more or something.

Last winter I bought a nice warm jacket with removable hood etc....It still has the tags on it....never needed it - gloves, can't remember when I wore them.

@Jessicalynnt A heavy jacket is all we need most of the time. I remember one winter we didn't wear coats until mid December.

@AbbyGreenhill sounds like texas. I wonder about this year though. Signs have me a tad worried. I do plan to at least get good boots and some gloves.

I've got a really warm winter coat, I've had it for a few years, but its warm and fits and I like it, so I continue to wear it. My gloves are difficult to find, so I hold on to those until they wear thing. I just got a new pair last year so I should be good for several more years.

I lose gloves apparently, or something. I had some good ones last year, but they aren't in my coat pockets, no clue where they went too.

Right now I'm busy getting the grandchildren all new hats & gloves for the winter as they never seems to be able to keep them from year to year.

I have extras i can send you..gloves....yes we are going to be colder than you know what soon..not going to be happy about that..guess we better be prepared for snow..yikes..
