I have just realised that my router has not arrived

Last month I was asked by my ISP to take a new contract for my internet access, which I accepted. My previous contract expired about 11 years ago and I have simply continued paying the monthly fee, so the 2 year agreement was academic to me and they reduced my fees as well.
During the course of the conversation I was also offered a new router for just £6.99 for signing up. My current router is fine, but at that price it seemed worth having because a spare router will be convenient.
It has just occurred to me that I have heard nothing since that date, despite my payment being adjusted and the new contract in operation. The £6.99 was paid for with my Debit card, with the payment being taken from my bank account on 21st October.
I am in no particular hurry because the router is not going to be used immediately, but it seems odd that nothing has yet been mentioned. It looks as though it would be advisable for me to telephone them tomorrow to find out what is happening.

@LadyDuck I received a router when I first joined Plus Net back in 2002, but since then I have bought a couple of new routers myself. My current one is several years old, but is a good model and is 802.11n, so I certainly do not need a new one. Of course at £6.99 it is worth having for future use.

@Asylum Now you should receive the new router. Our router is 5 year old, it's a ZyXEL, it's a good router and we had it free, when they increased the Internet speed. Las month, our provided proposed to change our router for around 20$. I asked which brand the new one? And the reply was Pirelli (???!!!) We refused the offer.

There might be dozens like you that forget about the small amount and don't get back to them.
