My best friend is back from her trip and yet...

After an awful year, my friend and her husband went for a much needed vacation of 20 days. I saw them again for some minutes as my friend wanted me to take a present to Lili in her name.
Dxie has been back for a week yet she is already exhausted. Her health has always been bad and she has her very old mother at her home with her. I have told her several times that she should look for a home (a good one and her husband can and is willing to pay for) or it will kill her.
She aduces money issues and will not listen to what Humberto says and what I say. And having her mother with her is more than the work she can handle. She works all day, spends all her money on her money and will not let even her husband help her although she helps everyone nearby.
I will have a talk with her as soon as I can showing her that she is being proud and selfish and that she is sacrifiying her husband and herself because of it.
What do you think? Should I tell her? What are your views about this?

Her husbamd has told me that he´d be willing to help. Yet today, when I talked about that in front of both of them, he said that Dixie hadn´t said anything to him. It was as if none of them wanted to really talk about the subject

This is a very important issue. You might think about what you say and the most tactful approach first. But, it does seem like something that does need to be addressed.

Sometimes people are so overwhelmed they don't even realize it themselves. Talk to her..it can't hurt
