Its once again the first of the month and work is yelling for me to get out of my warm dry house. Yes it is raining. I hope it wont rain hard all day because this will be one busy city on the first of the month.
My list is long for the other things I need to do, because my payday is the same as the collection days that means I get to pay my bills and buy monthly medication.
Atleasy I do not have an adjustment at the chiropractor today. I can say I hurt like [ insert bad word] last night, I used bio freeze and took an aspirin.
I wish everyone a nice day and I will check back in later, I need to catch up with everyone.

I have never had that problem with my neck or my back, hope the doctor can clear it up for you.

I was in a small wreck last month and it knocked my neck out of place and aggrevated my lower back, I will be okay. I am sorry you are in pain.

Sou nds like you have your day planned and hope you get to feeling better. Its almost 8 pm here in Southern California another hours and i will be closing down so I have time for a snack and a read before lights out.
