What day is it?

On Wednesday I thought it was Saturday, so I guess that means today must be Monday...LOL...no really, I know it is Friday...I looked at the calendar. I have three of those small magnetic calendars on my fridge they work well if I remember to look at at least one of them!
I always say every day of the week is like Saturday or Sunday - when you don't work your days run into each other and since there is no time clock to punch who cares!
The only reason I have to think about what day it is today is so that I can check the TV's guide to see what's on.
Do you ever get your days mixed up? Be honest....

I guess I better not ask you what you had for lunch last week!

@boiboing That's why I eat the same thing for lunch every day - that way I always remember.

I was certain that yesterday (Thursday) was Wednesday. Today it is important that I know what day it is, because I actually have some place specific to go. I really felt lost yesterday.

When appointments are involved it could get rather sticky.

Oh yes, I get my days confused sometimes, especially when there is a holiday. I can usually keep track of the days of the week when the child is in school, but if there is a holiday, then my entire week gets thrown off track and I start to get all the days mixed up.

I do think it is the holiday that throws things off, or at least it's a good excuse!

Oh yeah :) One morning I woke up early and got ready going for my doctor appointment at 8 AM - Doctor is about 30 minute drive. I got out of the door and picked the newspaper and good thing I saw the date and realized it was only Tuesday and my appointment was Wednesday.

Since I work Monday to Friday, there is no way I can get my days mixed up.
I know that once I retire, everyday is the same, so I will get the days mixed up.
A friend was so blurred as to go to the doctor on a Sunday for medical appointment.
The specialist clinic opened from Monday to Friday.
She was not working since diagnosed with cancer, and to her, everyday is the same,

There are plenty of days where I think it's a different day than what it actually is. I hate it.

Yes, it does happen to me. Last week with the Thanksgiving holiday, I thought Black Friday was a Saturday for some reason.

I don't work the same days every week, so that doesn't help either.
