Dollar General Offers 'Baby Delivery Service'

I know you all run out to Dollar General to get bargains on thousands of items. I myself partake of their offerings but I think I'll skip their new baby delivery service!
The Dollar General in Athens, TN made the news and not in a bad way. It seems a woman was pregnant and due in February. Mother Nature had other ideas and she went into labor this past Tuesday - standing right in front of the Dollar General.
Luck was with her as an BP gas station employee ran over to check on her and to call 911. However, the 2 pound, 3 ounce baby decided it was time to be born right there. They did manage to get the mom into the Dollar General store in time for the birth. The cord was cut with a box cutter.

I am glad their doing okay. This made me nervous because I am due in the beginning of February and I am so worried that he's going to make his appearance early.

Oh my goodness, I can't imagine delivering a baby any place but a hospital! I hope the premature baby survives and lives a long life.

@AbbyGreenhill I think that the store manager should definitively visit the baby at the hospital and bring a huge gift!
