The mountains

Rustles of the trees. Water is flowing silently. Birds chirpping. Surounded by green scenery. Few months ago, my sister wanted us to have a reunion somewhere. Just in time for few more siblings who are working overseas, have their vacation. We went to a place where we experience how great it is to be connected with nature. We have a picnic in a mountain resort. It may looked like they are developing the area but they leave mountains untouched. The river just like that, they just added a slide (that i love). The resort has man made pool too. And the water is chlorine free. The water is coming from the river. We rented a hut, where its posts are from coconut tree and roof is from leaves of a nipa--another specie of palm family. What i realized is that, we can develop places without compromising the beauty of nature. And the place can also be informing that we don't need luxurious things to enjoy. And simplicity has a great beauty. We have fun there. We are all be able to catch up with one another and with nature too. Enjoying everything because no phone calls are disturbing us. There is no phone signal in that mountain resort. Haha. And i wanted to go back there. Even if my back will be aching due to rough roads and even if there is no phone signal. **image is mine

Just a day. Since we have a house less than an hour away from the mountain resort. We asked the resort staff to prepare what we are going to eat. Cordillera region. Haha

I like the complete silence, but I do not like to be cut out from the external world. I would not let my phone on to avoid being annoyed, but I would be able to use it in case of need.

It is really lovely when a resort fits into its surroundings without spoiling the area. Glad you had a nice time.

I liked the sound of everything except no phone signal. Though I wouldn't want anyone to call me, I would like to know I could make a call if I wanted to.
