On-line shopping.... I love it.... There are some things I don't buy on line ... like clothes and shoes... and some other items..., but this morning, I have been clicking away ... and done a fair bit of my Christmas shopping... I find it very helpful, because I spend so much time in Spain, and away from family and UK, based friends ..., I find it helpful to shop online... and with free uk delivery thrown in..., it helps with posting costs... This morning I have created photo gifts ... for my brothers, from archived photos that I have digitized this year... and a calendar for my dad, using photos of the flowers in his garden. I also love walking down the high street and shopping that way too, as you get a Christmassy atmosphere..., you can touch and feel items... and get barged into..., by people in a tearing hurry, and surly shop assistants, and you can get cold and wet..., and tired.... but hey .... it's all part of shopping .... I'm a fan of shopping whether it's online, or the high street..., I can enjoy a free coffee, sat at home, online shopping... or ... sat in Costa Coffee with a coffee and cake... I'm happy either way... what about you.... ?? do like online shopping or the high street or .... one of these huge shopping centres... ??

Everything under the tree that I bought was done thru online shopping. I purchase clothes online w/o a problem. I have ordered boots for my husband online. We live too far from decent shops.

@sueznewz2 The only stores within an hour ride from us are one walmart and one kmart - so to hit a really good store it is a long ride. Why ride when I can let my fingers do the buying!

I prefer online shopping, Switzerland is expensive, but I can buy from Amazon France or Italy and have free delivery here.

@sueznewz2 You have to spend at least 30€ to have right to the free delivery, I wait to send my order when I know that I can reach that amount.

That's good.... the free delivery is only applicable to the uk...., it does not extend to spain so you do well to get it delivered to you.....

If I had a choice, I would do all my shopping online. That way I don't have to fight the crazy crowds around here.

We've had calendars made before using photos from a person's own garden but this year we've had a couple made with the best photos from our trip. They should arrive in about a week.
