~Alone And Not Sure What To Do~

I don't often get time alone, almost never actually. Right now my children are next door baking cookies with Sabrina's mother in law. It feels really weird not having them here with me. My husband went to talk to an author about illustrating his children's book so he is not here either. His day off is being spent on possibly having an art job! I am excited for him since I know art is his passion.
It is so quiet here right now!
I am spending my alone time on MyLot because that is what I enjoy doing when I have the time.

First of all good luck for your husband I hope he gets it. I love to write when I am alone. I know, how you feel about the kids being gone feeling strange. I got that way when my son was little.

@whiteream Thank you, I hope he does too as this is something he absolutely loves doing. =) Yeah it just feels weird with the house being so quiet and not hearing mommy! Lol

@ataboy I'm sorry, I got busy because the kids came home. Lol, he is most definitely capable and he does watch them now and then but I'm usually home too.

How many children do you have,@LovingMyBabies, assuming you're not private about that OL, which I would understand!...2?...3?...Do I even dare to venture any higher? 
By the way...I like you're "branding" here at myLot, or the fact that your smart enough to even use the idea! Do you know what I'm talking about, subtle as it may be?

When I'm alone i like being online or reading a book. Sometimes i take advantage and sleep. Enjoy the quietness while you can

I am usually on the internet when I am alone. I also go for walks.I like to do creative stuff, too.

Now that my kids are getting older I can have alone time anytime I want. Somedays I really just like to sit and watch a movie of my choosing as nobody else ever wants to watch the movies I want to watch.

I really understand you, as I had the same feeling as you when my little girl was younger and both children followed the dad to go out and buy something, for the first time. I was happy to have some Me time, but I was totally uneasy for the around 30 minutes. I was online, but I kept watching the time and wondering why they haven't come back yet. 
I usually go online when my children are not around.

hio@LovingMyBabies I do just what you are doing. I know that weird feeling when your kids are not with you.
Glad that they must be ha ving fun and that you have some mylotting time I d o hope your husband does get the art job since thats his passion.So he has written a childrens book hope it sells and makes you all a fortune. hugs from hatley.
