Well here's a funny one for everyone.
The NewYorker was told by the reception desk at their new Tented camp they are staying at tonight, that they should be aware of the Honey Badger that regularly visits during the evening.
He has "Locked" himself in the tented chalet!
Yes - he has, my daughters are sitting on the stoop watching the sun setting, listening to the night sounds and Hippos in the water, while he watches youtube's on his ipad locked inside the TENT - on one of the most beautiful nights of the year!!
The Honey Badger is apparently a know visitor to the trash cans at the camp - therefore visitors are warned to keep the campsites clean. The trash cans have Monkey and Badger clamps to prevent them from being tossed out.
I rest my case - his behavior is silly, ungrateful, unadventurous, etc, etc, etc . . . I think i should have gotten someone to film this Safari and sold it to show on HOW NOT TO behave when coming to SA.
And whats with the hand sanitizer all the time!!!
What are PEOPLE telling the NewYorkers ???

@Inlemay It became a craze a couple years ago. I can't even remember why anymore. I remember seeing bottles of it even in church as people entered. So it's just something we're used to here.
I just noticed the honey badger in your picture. He's cute.
