Here's how to get run over by a train

In case you have nothing else to do and feel it is necessary to get run over by a train let me tell you how to do it. * First, you drive your pick up truck to the crossing. * Get behind a line of other cars waiting behind the 'crossing arm' that is in place to warn you of danger. * Get tired of waiting inline and decide to go anyway. * Pull into the other lane, pass the waiting cars and dodge the crossing arm. * That's it - big train, little truck, dead man. Just ask Cody Jensen how he didn't make it...oh you can't, he's dead. He died trying to out run a train...silly move on his part. But that's how you can get run over by a train if that's what you really want to do. This happened yesterday in the next county over from me. Why is everyone in such a rush?

I find it much easier to just lie down on the tracks with a bottle of rum. Of course it does help to find a section of track prior to opening the bottle because the last time I tried I ended up on a disused line.

@prashant08 When I woke up I had such a terrible hangover that I was not sure whether I had actually been hit by a train or not.

@AbbyGreenhill Sadly the bottle is now empty, which is why I felt as though the train had hit me anyway.

@Asylum will you share your rum or does anyone who wants to 'go' that way have to bring his/her own?

How can a person be so stupid? It is just so idiotic. There are some people you just can't help. They keep bringing in all these Occ Health and Safety laws but they'll never stop all the stupid people taking risks.

That is the most stupidest thing I think anyone could do. I don't understand what the hurry was and why he had to kill himself. But oh well we will never know what was going through his mind when the train hit him.

There is more and more of it happening. I guess people just 'trust' too much - thinking the train will miss them or stop.

Well, the county he lives in has a rather off color reputation and intelligence is part of it.

Sorry but that is just a crazy thing to do. I don't understand why people do these types of things but they happen everyday.

Yes, there are crazy people who do crazy things and some make the news...maybe that was his goal.
