There is a angry little man I call the Grumpy old troll. He is just one of those people who is just angry at the world. Things unfortunately don't go his way and work out for him. He feels he is always left holding the short stick. I get it life is not fair! I am not denying this but what good is it to get angry and do nothing about it and blame others?
If it bothers you that much why would you just stand there and do nothing about what bothers you? I get angry that I don't have money because most of it goes towards things we need faster than things we want.
It makes me angry what do I do I look for more work. I take on jobs that pay better. I watch how I spend. I re-budget I am proactive it may not always work out how I would like but I am still trying to do better and change the things I don't like.
I place blame I am human but most of the time I place it where it belongs on myself. I don't blame the people who have nothing to do with my poor decision making.
1 griping won't get you far it will let you vent your frustration but without acting on it to change it its otherwise pointless.
2 instead of hating the person who you feel has the lifestyle you want and deserve learn from them to achieve the same.
3 when someone tells you were you went wrong to aid you in achieving your goals take the criticism and do something constructive with it instead of getting annoyed at them as if they are attacking you.
4 If someone did something and did well at it don't tell them they don't know what they are talking about when they have experience that says otherwise that's like telling trump he doesn't know what he's talking about when it comes to business.
5 Don't ask questions and then answer then say I don't care its all the same. If you aren't going to take the time to process the given information to understand then don't ask.
Do you know any grumpy old trolls? What if anything do you think and feel about people who approach the topic this way. People like this grumpy old troll are partly why I am not political.

There is one on the other site I am in. That user has only negative things to say in response to my posts. I used to defend myself but now I just ignore.

That is the thing to do is to ignore them then you won't have to listen to anything negative from them. @allknowing

@Marcyaz Life is too short to be serious in a virtual world. We have enough of that in our real world anyway.

I find trying to justify and change negative people usually doesn't help. I find those people need to realize and want to change themselves. I found I was surrounded by negative people, which brought me down. But I changed that and have nothing but positive things.

@lokisdad Exactly! Sometimes we try to help them but they just don't see it. But it comes back to don't let them suck your happiness out.

I avoid those grumpy types so I can honestly say I don't know any.
You have the right idea, if you wish to afford those "wants" then get extra work, otherwise be happy you can pay the bills and try not to incur extra debt .... that doesn't always work but it's a good theory.

He drives me nuts sometimes with the way he views the world in such a negative way as if there was a debt owed to him. He is like a child at times who does the same thing over and over expecting a different result every time and then gets mad when he fails then those who manage to do what he was trying are for some reason to blame and anyone who tells him the difference doesn't know what they are talking about.

You can be angry at them to the point of showing some sort of pity towards them. I rather avoid them because they mostly just ruin your day, no matter how good it is.

Many people could learn from your suggestions-but usually, those who complain this way don't want to learn it seems.

I do believe that a lot of people could learn from the suggestions but they have to want to or it does no good to read if you don't want to change.@PatZAnthony

I do know someone like this, everything that went wrong is everyone else's fault. When all else fails just blames luck or environment.
