Here it is 1 am and I can't sleep. This is nothing new to me. I have been like this my whole life. But, things were going well for awhile. I was going to sleep around 11 pm and waking up at 7 am.
But this weekend we had friends over Friday and Saturday, they were here til late. That kind of messed me up.
I will be on here for a little while and I will try and lay down again in about an hour.
I decided to wash a load of towel. I will lay down when they are done.
I hope everyone else is sleeping better than me.
How are you sleeping these days?

I am not a good sleeper, if I sleep 4-5 hours a night that's a lot and I'm up many times during the night even if I sleep. It's age...no it's not - I've always been like this.

@whiteream It did for me but we are all different. I know women who went through menopause and it never bothered them at all.

@simone10 I hope, I am one of those woman. Actually, I lost one of my ovaries when I was Twenty and ever since than, the doctors claimed I was pre-menopausal. Still not really sure what that means. I am 41 years old and have always had trouble sleeping.

@whiteream We live with ourselves. I think often there is no normal anymore so just go with it.

@whiteream I should go downstairs in the living-room too, but if I move to get up, he immediately notice I am getting out of the bed.

it does turn into a problem when there is someone else in the room. I usually go out in the living-room so as not to disturb my husband.

Stress is very bad for sleep. If I am stressed I never sleep.
