I'm Ready, Happy New Year!

A new year has begun. We all begin with a clean slate. What we do next could, and will change our lives. It isn't often that I will stay up to welcome the new year. Thirty six years ago I made an exception. Not necessarily by choice. The actual moment was barely noticed. My third daughter was born on December 31, at 11:56 PM. This year I had plans to attend an early morning geocaching event, but my aging father, living with us, was unwell, so I will be staying home.
