New Years Resolutions: The best goal is no goal

Had to say this in response to something I saw on Facebook that said something like- It is 2016- So I have to do what I did not finish what I didn't finish in 2015 because in 2015 I did not finish what I was going to do in 2014, etc. We'd like to say- The best goal is no goal unless you are playing soccer!

lol I guess that is true, we never finish all we expect to in any particular year.

Most of the time, goals are not met so maybe it is better to just do the best you can for each day so you accomplish great things without really getting stressed.

I don't make resolutions mostly because I can never remember them. But I do try to set small goals that I'm likely to be able to meet.

That is one way to look at it, I have a goal this year, but it is not specific. I just want to lose more weight. I did not set an amount.
