How Has sexual Predator Julien Blanc Escaped Arrest?

I had never heard of Swiss born, California based life coach Julien Blanc until a few years ago when a friend asked me to sign an online petition calling for his globally popular seminars to be banned in Japan. The ban was successfully imposed and he is also banned from presenting his dating seminars in the UK and Australia, among other countries. I looked up the details of the case online and found overwhelming well documented evidence of a sexual predator at large, even profiting handsomely from his teachings to others. Blanc runs seminars for men in how to pick up women. I can see why many shy lonely men might want advice on dating etiquette, but that is not what Blanc peddles. He is not suggesting how to dress, how to talk to girls, whether to offer flowers, or good cheesy chat up lines. His seminars advise simply using grab and take techniques. In videos, Blanc shows how to simply grab a girl you have never met before and pull her head towards your crotch. He even assaults a girl in a convenience store in this way over the counter as she serves him. Many of the girls assaulted in this way (yes, it is assault) are too startled to resist or fight back. Blanc also advocates getting a kiss from a girl (or more likely getting to shove his uninvited lips in her face). You apparently do it by taking her throat in your hand and pulling her towards you while telling her to shush (i.e., not scream or call for help) and mumbling meaningless words like Pichachu (from the card-collecting game) at her while taking what you want. Blanc mainly recommends targeting Asian girls, which has not surprisingly led to angry backlash in China and Japan. He is adding racism to his misogyny here. Hopefully his teachings, encouraging men to do pretty much anything they think they can get away with to any available passing women, will land him in jail very soon.
