I'd Kill For Some Sushi!

I thought I was the only one addicted to sushi! I love it and would eat it every day if I could. I generally get it about 2-3 times a month now. There was a place by my old job that was 16.99 for all you could eat Sushi and some other things. It was the freshest, best sushi ever. They had about 14 rolls to choose from, Sashami, tempera shrimp and vegetables, some classic asian dishes, salad bar and desert bar.

Sushi? How can you eat that stuff?

Husband is doing this musubi.. maybe you could try to do it too.

They are not so long to prepare, the rice it's a bit a long process, prepare more and use it a couple of days.

Is it japanese one?

Dangit, now I'm really hungry. As @shishy7 said I'm an addict if I can get it fresh, I just don't trust the restaurants that have it around here because it is so hard to transport fresh fish hundreds of miles and to make sushi or sashimi the fish must be very fresh. Butt, we do have fantastic Mexican restaurants here, maybe I'll go have a Chili relleno plate, it's usually served with beans and rice.

For his birthday few years ago, my son preferred this sushi platter instead of a cake.

That would be perfect for valentines day.
