~On Different Pages~

Sadly my husband and I are on two different pages about the house in question. I prayed about it this morning and I think we should get out of the situation. My husband on the other hand wants our own place so bad that he wants the landlord to try to fix the AC unit and the water leak. I just don't have a good feeling about the house.
I'm going to keep praying that Gods will is done in our lives and with the house. God can do the rest.

If these areas are in bad repair then others could be soon. If the landlord won't at least come to some agreement about repairing these problems then he is not going to be a very good landlord in the future. I would bring that up to your husband.

@celticeagle Yeah I think there's always going to be a problem with that house. Now that my husband saw pictures of the inside he seems like he is on board with it.

@LovingMyBabies I think I would agree with you. THis new house sounds like a money pit. I would keep looking.

I hope the two of you can meet some sort of agreement soon. Living in a house with a water week is not a good thing but it should be the landlords responsibility to repair it. I myself agree with you though I would not want to move there. I hope you are able to find a better house or the landlord steps up and makes that one livable.
