A busy day on the warehouse training course dominated by a recorded assessment test by my tutor of my picking skills. After a test run, I was given a short pick sheet and assessed for how efficiently, safely and swiftly I could pick the items, which included tee-shirts, bottles of apple juice and tins of paint.
I was further assessed on how well I cleaned up a small deliberately set pile of litter, separating the rubbish into the different recycling piles. My only struggle was when I tangled up the pallet shrink wrap on its roll – otherwise my tutor was impressed by my work.
I dislike such intense supervision and testing processes intensely. I was one of the first of the students to be tested individually. As the others took their turn another tutor was supposed to give us lessons but he just entertained us with what amounted to very funny but irreverent stand-up comedy.

it was quite easy - only the sense of pressure from such close supervision made it awkward rather than just boring

@arthurchappell Fair point Arthur, it puts you I'll at ease because a simple mistake would be noticeable.

@Asylum and more likely as the supervision messes with your concentration

Intense supervision is irritating. Sounds like a good day.
