Roasted chicken and brussel sprouts. Something about the flavor of chicken that is so satisfying to me. Spike is the herb collection used and it was very flavorful. (If you aren't familiar with Spike you should google it. It is a great product). Brussel sprouts is something we have been having alot. Why? Because we found that my grandson likes them and so why spoil a good thing with ones he doesn't like?

Brussel Sprouts are okay but I can do without them as well. Glad he likes them as I believe they are supposed to be very healthy and full of Iron (I think it was iron).

For someone who doesn't like vegetables (me) I like baked Brussels sprouts with potatoes and carrots hehe.

@celticeagle I have learned to eat green beans and asparagus but never brussel sprouts.

@celticeagle They are traditionally served with turkey during the Christmas lunch here, but I rarely see people buying them during the year.

Wow, a child that enjoys brussel sprouts! My grandson loved them too. And if they like them give them this wonderful vegetable as often as they like.

Sounds like a very good dinner minus the brussel sprouts since I am not a fan. I had shrimp penne last night for dinner at the italian place we went too it was really good.

Roasted chicken with Brussels sprouts sounds really delicious. I love herbed flavoring I never tried spike though or I don't think I have. Enjoy your dinner!

I love brussel sprouts, especially when mom would make them then she'd melt butter to pour over them .... yummmmm .... chicken ain't too bad either.
Yeah, leave it to Mylotters to make me hungry
