Today is National Chocolate Mint Day.
How strange that we seem to have all these days for something or another.
To celebrate Chocolate Mint Day, snack on a piece of your favorite chocolate mint candy, enjoy a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream, make one of those mint chocolate recipes, or drop a candy cane in a steaming cup of hot cocoa.
Did you know some of the most famous chocolate mint inventions are: the girl scout cookies called thin mint or mint chocolate chip ice cream.
Do you enjoy Chocolate mints?

There is probably only 2 kinds of chocolate mint biscuits that I like but other than that, I don't really like mint. Mint candy canes are alright but I prefer the fruit flavour kind. The cupcakes look nice though but not sure I'd eat them.

I don't care too much for mints but I do love chocolate mint ice cream. I had peanut butter m&m's though so I'm good on chocolate for right now

Yum. Chocolate Mint is one of my favorite flavors--maybe my favorite.
Seriously, though--they make up days for everything here in the States, don't they??? Crazy.
