I'm Dying...It's why I haven't been around much / myLot

I am sorry, I am dying its why I haven't been around much lately. I have whatever virus is going around and I'm dying. I have had 103°Fever for two days straight. My body is aching, I can't hold anything down. I am hungry but I don't want to eat. I just want to take the food and throw it in the toilet its where its going to end up shortly after getting it down. My head is hurting I can't stop coughing and my throat hurts. I have on about 5lbs of layers and I am freezing! My kids are sick too! They are whiney and all I want to do is curl up next to them and whine and cry too. I am drinking dayquil and nightquil like its the last on the planet and I can't find relief. I feel like I got hit and run over by a huge MAC Truck. I almost wish I did so I could make sense of how crappy I feel right now. I'm dying and I felt as if I came on for a little bit maybe I would feel a little better to socialize a bit. Maybe it would lift my spirits a bit but I don't know how long I will make it.

Oh my poor dear friend..I am so very sorry to hear it. Now I wish I could do something for you all there, is your wife sick too? I am worried about you..

Please can you go to doc or hospital? It is quite serious to have temp of 103 for 2 days straight!

Yes she has been laying around like the rest of us sick. The fever drops a bit but when the medicine wears off it starts to go back up. If I am not better in the next few days I will be going to see someone even if its a witch doctor. Sorry I am trying to make light of things I don't want to depress anyone and making jokes makes me laugh in turn makes me feel a little better in some way.

Drink a lot of water, warm would be good. Fevers tend to drain the body of fluids. Hope you're better soon.

I've heard that before @lokisdad I can't imagine having the flu plus having kids to care for who also have the flu, that has to be the pits. I sure hope all of you get well.

yes it is extremely draining and when you have little ones sick it feels even more draining.

Its winter and its flu season and winter also brings with it feelings of depression and desolation. Drink lots of hot chicken soup so you wont dehydrate.

I know the feeling of having a very bad cold that is like a last day of the world. I know that you didn't take the fact that you caught a very nad cold. Well, it is part of our life. Sometimes well and sometimes not. Just don't be scared about what you feel right now and I hope you and your children will get well soon.

With my wife and son being asthmatic the concern is the congestion leading to breathing complications like a lung infection the wife is wheezy and the weather isn't helping any either. cold then hot

You have the flu. Do not bother with food, just drink. Like juice, water, tea. Cover up and sweat it out.

What sucks too is you feel so cold lol you shiver even though the thermometer is screaming hot hot your burning up.

@lokisdad Men seem to be especially awful when sick in my experience. In their defense though I would throw the worst fits when my nose wouldn't stop running when I was a kid I was crazy lol.

I know I need to get off of here but you guys are making me feel good making me laugh socializing I haven't seen anyone to avoid spreading it or going out and getting worst than I am.
