Experiences of Online Stores / myLot

There is wide range of selections there and it is saves our time of shopping. But there are some drawbacks Delivery is not proper for some online stores. There is no door delivery. I have to pick the item from nearest courier office. In some online store they have not dispatch the same item I have ordered. Possibility of damages. I know that there is the feature of refund and replacement but it need emails, phone calls and absolutely take half a month delay. What is your experiences?

I only shop online at least for 97 % of my needs. I have no issues. The goods are delivered on time, return policies are great and saves me a lot of trouble.

Standard online store keeps their quality . In cities there services are every where but it is difficult to reach villages like us.

I hate the cost of shipping. I think better of a store with free delivery. I also cannot stand how hard it is to return an item when the company sends the wrong one!

I do alot of my shopping online and i never have issues. I shop thru amazon and walmart alot and other stores depending on what I'm looking for. Sometimes I do have an issue with sizes when I receive the item but i just resell it to someone else that I know i will fit in it.

I love online shopping because they ship to your home directly. There are some places if I want the items faster they have store pick up.

Well, I haven't tried to shop online. But my sister does, it takes time for the goods to be delivered in my place. I think this kind of business should be improved to cater the needs of their customers.

So far I haven't had many problems except at walmart my husband one time ordered something and when I went to pick it up they gave me a real hard time about it. That is the only place I have had any problem with.

I haven't had too many issues with online shopping. Our stuff gets delivered to our house or I can have it delivered to my work. I haven'e had to pick it up anywhere unless I request in store pickup when it's offered. Occasionally I've had some stuff dented but it was never worth returning it, it was usually the item's box so the actual item was fine.

Most of the online stores had good service in cities. But the courier agency had not interest to deliver in villages and remote areas.
