Sunset, sunrise: Delta Ponds in Winter

That is what my art quilter wife, Anne, calls this 12 inch by 12 inch quilt that she made for an exhibit of this size work that she and her group are hanging on Tuesday at a local fabric art gallery.
I took the photo and it not perfect, bu the quilt is. They were a bit short of quilts to hang in the space provided, so she whipped this one out in the last week.

Thank you. the color is a bit washed out in the photo. It is much brighter than that actually.

That is gorgeous. i love the look of quilts. I don't have the patience to make them myself but I I love them.

Nice job. I've had some quilts hanging at our local library to promote the stitches group that meets weekly in the auditorium of the library.

It looks like she does embroidery on her quilts. I love that effect. Simple gorgeous, as usual.

I like looking at homemade quilts for they all tell a story of some kind.
