One down and two to go

Tenants that is.
The couple moved that has been with me two years. they always paid on time but was sorta dirty. Not filthy but no way clean. I will miss her paying on time. But he great Aunt may want this house so I will talk to her tomorrow, I have set up a viewing by voice mail, back and forth.
One guy said he is moving now, My sister and others have seen him moving truck loads.
The Roger Dodger is hid out and I will have to take that place over next week.
Now next week looks like painting and more painting.

I do it all myself, Sometimes I hire help but I cannot afford to this time.
