Pizza Delivery-Computer Malfunction

Just my luck.. so I get lazy tonight and decide to order out for dinner. Get a pizza deal from Greco one of the only places in my area with Debit at the door.
Pizza guy gets here, we try three times machine comes up declined Comm error. Wasn't too much of a big deal, pizza guy gets me to fill out a form swearing I will go into town within fivedays to pay the bill. Not too much of a big deal, just an inconvience.
Just wondering if anyone has ever had this happen to them?
I never had this problem in my hometown, which was a big city. Yet, I'm pretty sure if it did, they wouldn't just give the order on good faith.

I know and that's the way it was where I used to live. It's so sad that faith in people dwindles in big places. I will never live in a big place again. The lifestyle and enviorment is so different, and they are my kind of people. Honest and Trustworthy.

I have had this happên a few times before. It was just the internet not connecting. Yes, smaller towns we tend to be more honest.

Exactly. I'm sure thats what it was here as we live in the middle of nowhere basically.

We get it sometimes at work just error of the system. Most cases restarting the system works. But sometimes its some kind of outage.

I only had one card and the pizza guy said that "comm error" meant it was having trouble connecting to internet.

@indiandevil This has happened to me but not for Pizza.Luckily I had cash with me.I think next time it is better to cash with you.These machines malfunction very often.
