Don't forget to Spring Forward!

Good morning everyone! It is a gray morning here at the Jersey Shore. The temperature is currently 55 degrees F and I don't think it is supposed to get much higher than that today.
The clocks were supposed to move forward one hour last night so it is now 9:30am rather than 8:30 here in the Eastern Standard Time Zone for our American members. My electronic gadgets automatically changed on their own but we need to switch the bedroom alarm clock, the stove, the microwave, etc.
Did you "spring forward" yet?

@NJChicaa I do hate when we have to move them back, I wish they would just leave the time alone.

I swear I will never understand why the US has to do this out of line with the rest of the world changing their clocks.

For the next two weeks, my US colleagues will keep scheduling calls at stupid times because it's entirely beyond their comprehension that the rest of the world isn't in lock-step with America. Mind you, they're pretty terrible for scheduling calls when the day's over and done even without this bonus.

It is surprising how many things need to be changed at these times. We don't have daylight saving any more so we don't have to worry.

Yes, and it always messes up my sleep. It is darker and colder in the morning.
