Found out that I've been plagiarised ..... again

I think by now most of you will know that Triond had shut down. It's sad because I have quite a lot of articles there. Fortunately, I had all my articles saved in my hard drive and I thought I might use these articles to republish elsewhere but lo and behold, when I ran through a few of my articles through a plagiarism checker, I found that a few had been republished without my permission.
This isn't the first time I had been plagiarized. When I was writing for Bukisa, my articles were plagiarized too. I had a mixed feeling of pride and anger. Pride because some people out there thought that my articles were good enough to be republished albeit by lazy people who couldn't even be bothered to ask for permission.
What about you who were Triond members? Are you going to republish your articles elsewhere? Run them through a plagiarism checker first.

I don't think I will have to republished. It might have been plagiarized by now. I'd rather poat discussions around here. It's easier to get readers who can appreciate whatever I write.

Some of my Triond articles are unsuitable to be republished but there are quite a number that can still earn me money if I republish them. It's true you can get appreciated better here for what you've written. Triond had been like a ghost town in recent times.

@cherriefic That is true. The earnings on Triond was getting more and more pathetic. The views are high but the earnings weren't comparable with the views. But I do suspect that some of these views are bots and not from humans.

I write quite a bit on line and know that that is done very often and I also know I probably have been too with all the articles I put out there.

@UmiNoor I hope they have to use some brains to get around it and they get stuck trying to use our work. They are brainless anyway and will eventually get caught!

I hardly reproduce my articles anywhere but as you say good to check if my articles written elsewhere where the site is closed, has been plagiarised. I am not worried about it. Let them earn - some charity (lol)

That is true but most sites now want original articles that had never been published elsewhere and the fact that some of my Triond articles had been published on other websites without my permission may not sit well with these sites. They may think that I am the plagiarist.

I know that I have been plagiarised a few times both on here and Bubblews, and they were easily dealt with. I don't know if you'd find this article helpful;

Sorry that happened to you. I don't think it has happened to me. I have never really run any of my articles through a plagiarism checker.

I'm sorry you were plagiarized. I've never been part of Triond.
