What's for dinner? March 17

Happy St. Patrick's Day! What is everyone having for dinner? Do tell!
My husband is working late yet again so I'm not cooking tonight. We have leftover lasagna from earlier in the week so I'm having that for my dinner this evening. He can have that too when he gets home. There is no new food preparation going on in this house tonight I'm afraid. It's been a long week, though, so I'm okay with not cooking tonight. I probably won't cook tomorrow either! haha
What are you having in your house this evening? Anyone having corned beef and cabbage?

I don't eat corned beef and cabbage, my husband and kids don't either so were having spaghetti with garlic bread. =)

We had soup tonight--we were going to have ribs, but Mom wanted to save it for tomorrow instead.

I wanted to but no one else was on board with it. We decided on salmon but then someone got injured and so we are now just ordering pizza and wings.

Since I live alone, I am not sure what I am having. I will figure it out in a bit though, as it is 5:00 pm which is time to get supper. I don't have to cook if I don't want to either since I live alone and sometimes I don't either.
