I guess many of you might have read the discussion the admin posted or checked out the new statement in the bank.
In order to motivate some new members, and let them have more confidence with mylot, mylot pays for those who have accumulated $1 in March and April, instead of $10 as usual.
I think this is a good news for some members, but hope that they won't just make and receive the money in these two months, then just leave the site when the payout is back to the usual $10.

I think it will encourage the newbies to write and interact more. I hope it doesn'make them lazy and just write one sentences forever and call them a discussion.

Yes, I think and hope that too. I have read from other sites, some think $10 is too difficult and it might take forever for them to achieve. So, they do not feel like participating here anymore. Hope this change will bring them back, and give them the confidence to participate.

It is exciting! Now we all will meet pay out. But then some others brought up a good point and I hope no one takes advantage of the system too. But I am looking forward to seeing myLot bloom more by giving March + April minimum of $1 so more people will stay tune here!

Yes, I agree with you. I hope this will bring hopes to those good members who want to participate but are afraid of not getting paid. This will help them to gain more confidence with the site, and hope they will participate more. I think the team has prepared to watch out the site for the spammers, more work for them, but hope things will get better soon.

Well, I still mylot regardless of this new experiment they just made. there isn't much people now compare before which is why they wanted people to get paid.

Yes, I think there were more members participating in the old mylot. I have read from other sites, some think mylot pays much lesser now (though I have no idea about this, as I thought they are about the same to me), and also there are more writing sites out there.
Hope this change will attract more good members to participate more, but not spammers.
