What Is The "Suggestion" Setting For?

At first I thought that it was for the admins to update us, and then I thought that perhaps it was a place for us to make suggestions and then as I went down the page, I'm completely confuse. I really don't know what it is used for! Would love to know what we can use it for!

You can use it to suggest your own discussions to your friends. You can also suggest other people's discussions too. Here is the catch. some people hated being suggested something that they will block you. Use it at your own risk.

@CaptAlbertWhisker You can no longer use it to suggest your own posts, just posts written by someone else, and only to those who follow you.

@pgntwo It is still risky to use even if it's not our own discussion. It is not worth it to lose a good follower just because a suggestion annoys them.

It is to enable you to suggest discussions to people who are following you.
If they aren't followers you can't send a suggestion.
I'd always avoid suggesting your own discussions as many do not like that.

Okay, I'm still not sure what you are supposed to do with it. Why would I suggest a topic for others to write about?? Now if it said Question... like I have a question that I need an answer too and that's where you put it... that would make sense.
